Store Worker Claims

Asda, Co-op, Morrisons, Next & Sainsbury's Workers. You may have been underpaid by as much as £3 per hour and could be owed thousands...

Why You Could Be Owed Thousands

We firmly believe in fair treatment and equality for all workers. We understand the vital role that in-store workers play in the success of these large retailers, and we are here to support you in claiming what you rightfully deserve.

If you have been receiving lower wages, up to £3 less per hour, compared to your warehouse counterparts, you have the opportunity to claim back these unpaid earnings. Not only can you seek compensation for the past six years, but you can also claim for all working hours from the date you sign up to the claim until the case resolves.

Your employer must uphold equality in the terms and conditions of employment contracts. Regardless of gender, you should be treated equally if you perform equal work. Your pay and benefits should not be any less favourable than those of your colleagues working in distribution centres who carry out work of equal value.

One common misconception is that equal pay only applies when two jobs are identical. However, it also extends to situations where men and women perform different jobs of equal value.

Most frequent questions and answers

If a group claim settles before you join the group action, then it’s unlikely you would be eligible for compensation.

When you join a group litigation claim, you are protected by law from any act of retaliation from your employer. It would be unlawful for you to be sacked.

Our partners will work on a no win no fee** basis, meaning that you will have nothing to pay unless your claim is successful (unless you have breached the terms of your agreement with them). If your claim is successful, you will pay some legal costs (typically 25%) from your compensation. These will be agreed upon between you and the law firm before you start your claim, so there will be no unexpected fees.

**A fee could be payable for any claim(s) cancelled after the 14 day cooling off period. There is no charge to you if your claim is unsuccessful if you have kept to the terms of your agreement.
